Club Picnic

Mark your calendars for our Annual Club Picnic Saturday, September 19, 2026, at Fox Run Regional Park — Oak Meadows Area, Pavilions 4 & 5 (Roller Coaster Rd & Stella Dr).

Our Annual Club Picnic is a day of radio and camaraderie. We’ll play with radios, eat good food and generally enjoy each other’s company. Bring a friend, bring family, and say hello to a stranger while you're at it — we always enjoy a new face.

What to expect:

• Operating from noon local until you head out (no overnight stay)
• Social activities from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• GOTA (Get On The Air) opportunities for new hams, including some Morse code
• Tailgate/trunk swap — bring gear to sell or trade

Food: Food service will begin at noon. The club will provide a hot dog bar with Coney chili sauce and all the classic condiments, chips, soft drinks and water.

Club members potluck: Bring your potluck sides, salads, and sweet treats. Picnic-type dishes would be great! It's always fun to see what everyone brings.

Feel free to bring your own equipment and set up a station alongside us, and don't forget a chair. We look forward to seeing you there.
