General License Class option
We've found that about 10% of our Technician students decide to study for and pass the General license exam simultaneously with the Technician exam. These folks usually have a technical background that gives them a headstart on their learning. The main benefit of the General Class license is operating privileges on the HF bands used for worldwide communications. For these students, we can add on the online General License course from Ham Radio School (at an additional cost of $29.95) so that you can study for both exams efficiently. There is no need to sign up for that right now. We will send you additional information, once you have signed up for the Technician class.
